Grand Prize Winner: The Perfect Match by Robert Plant

Robert Plant has truly outdone himself with his latest masterpiece, The Perfect Match. Known for his knack of stirring the soul with his fiction, Plant has shifted gears into the Sci-Fi genre, and we couldn't be more thrilled. His upcoming anthology of short stories, Dark Matter, promises to keep us on the edge of our seats with mind-bending twists reminiscent of The Twilight Zone and Black Mirror. Congratulations, Robert!


Second Place Winner: Perennial Guardians by Scott A. Meehan

Scott A. Meehan's gripping story, Perennial Guardians, has won him the prestigious second place. As a retired Army veteran and an award-winning author, Meehan's storytelling is infused with his diverse experiences and deep cultural themes. Meehan’s accolades include a Bronze Star and first place in the Orlando Veteran’s Creative Arts Awards contest for his short story CH-47A Chinooks: Guardians of the Sky. We can't wait to see more from him!


Third Place Winner: Albert by Donald Firesmith 

Donald Firesmith brings his expertise in speculative fiction to life in his entry Albert. With a background in software and system engineering, Firesmith ensures that the science fiction elements of his stories are meticulously researched and deeply engaging. His commitment to realism and believability sets him apart, and we're eager to see what he crafts next.
